Certain selected times have been set aside for Private Skating sessions. This includes:
Mondays 10am-10pm
Tuesdays 10am-10pm
Wed 10am-10pm
Thur 10am-8pm
Fri 10am-4pm
Sun 6:30pm-10pm
COST FOR PRIVATE PARTIES STARTING SEPT. 1ST 2009:
SESSIONS ENDING AT OR BEFORE 6PM:
2 hour party less than 100 people $400.00, more than 100 people $4.00 per person.
2 1/2 hour party less than 100 people $450.00, more than 100 people $4.50 per person
3 hour party less than 100 people $500.00, more than 100 people $5.00 per person.
3 1/2 hour party less than 100 people $550.00, more than 100 people $5.50 per person.
SESSIONS SCHEDULED STARTING AT 6PM OR LATER:
2 hour party less than 100 people $450.00, more than 100 people $4.50 per person.
2 1/2 hour party less than 100 people $500.00, more than 100 people $5.00 per person
3 hour party less than 100 people $550.00, more than 100 people $5.50 per person.
3 1/2 hour party less than 100 people $600.00, more than 100 people $6.00 per person.
For 4 hours or more please call 425-641-2047 after 12noon and ask for Jeff or Mike.
These time frames are made available when Skate King is not open for public skating. We will not close a public session to rent the building. For your cost we provide you the building rental, quad skates, and our management and staff team to perform various rink operations. We also provide you a $200.00 starting till to use for making change (which you pay back at the end of your party) and the tickets to sell at entry. You provide 2 adults to work the ticket booth, both adults will need to arrive 15min prior to start of your session, so we may instruct them on how the ticket booth works. Private parties are an excellent form of fund raising. You charge a rate above what we are charging you, and you keep the difference. The amount of money you raise is dependent upon your ability to promote your event. You are only limited to our capacity of 1,280 people. TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
1. HAVE YOUR REQUESTED DATES & TIMES READY (HAVE BACKUP DATES AS WELL JUST IN CASE SKATE KING IS ALREADY BOOKED).
2. LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE TO HAVE OUR SNACK BAR OPEN AND WHAT KIND OF MUSIC YOU PREFER FOR YOUR GUESTS (TOP40 POP, 70'S, 80'S, COUNTRY, CHRISTIAN,ETC)
3. FOR GROUPS NEW TO SKATE KING, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $150 DEPOSIT. IT WILL BE DUE 1 WEEK AFTER YOU CALL AND MAKE THE RESERVATION. THE $150 DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED OFF THE TOTAL BALANCE DUE.
4. CALL 425-641-2047 DURING ANY PUBLIC SESSION TO RESERVE YOUR PRIVATE EVENT.
